Use of Service
By accessing vertolix.top and enrolling in courses, you agree to these terms and to comply with Canadian laws and regulations, including but not limited to PIPEDA and CASL. You must be the age of majority in your province/territory or have parental/guardian consent.
- Account security is your responsibility. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
- Course materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution is prohibited.
- We may suspend access for suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Payments & Refunds
Fees are listed in CAD and, where applicable, include GST/HST/QST according to your province. Payments are processed securely via our Canadian payment partners.
Refunds may be available before the first live session or within 7 calendar days of purchase for self-paced programs if less than 10% of content has been consumed. Cohort seats are limited; a CA$50 administrative fee may apply to cancellations.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- No refunds after certificates are issued or downloadable assets are consumed.
- Chargebacks for in-eligibility may result in account suspension.

Student Conduct
We maintain respectful, inclusive cohorts. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this policy without refund.
- Follow facilitator guidance, class schedules, and submission requirements.
- Respect IP rights of instructors and peers when sharing work.
- Keep discussions on-topic and professional in community channels.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of earnings. Training outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of changes. We will post the updated version and adjust the “Last updated” date above.
If material changes affect your existing enrollment, we will provide reasonable notice through the site.
